I was able to get my flu jab on the day when I phoned to request an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and was seen straight away. The injection was almost painless. Many thanks!

Although the system would not let me book my flu vaccination appointment via the link they sent, so I had to go to the practice to make the appointment on the day it was quick and I didn’t have to wait long.

I had a flu jab appointment, where I was quite nervous, and the man who did the jab for me was so down to earth and made me aware of all the side effects and it was a slight little pinch and I didn’t feel a thing. Me and my family all attend this surgery and have been for many years now, well me all my life and I have never had to complain! Such great doctors and nurses, which is quite rare to find. I thank all the doctors and nurses at Lawrence Hill Health Centre. You all are doing a great job!

I went for the scheme for a yearly check up and they were tentative and listened to my concerns and gave me supporting information that was really helpful.

Visited treatment room and the nurse was really well experienced , friendly and new how to make you feel at ease, I was treated with respect and kindness I have also visited the surgery with my grandson and the Dr we saw treated my grandson with respect and empathy

Managed to book an appointment at this practice much quicker than at my previous one. Waiting time while at the practice was also short, and it wasn’t particularly busy. The GP I saw was very helpful and friendly

The doctor I saw was brilliant, but the internet links she sent me to book my referral dont work. So I have to go through the whole referral thing again;(((
