I have been to see nurses on several occasions lately and I can not fault them in any way there helpful and very friendly. So are reception lovely practice

If you’re about to die this practice won’t help. This practice the best Dr. Has left them. I took a taxi yesterday as I could drive. I suffer with anxiety and depression I can’t get help from them. They won’t offer me any tables. To get to see a Dr. Is like as if you found a gold. I call up at 8 they answered at 8:45 I ask if I could see a dr. The receptionist said she can’t book me in a Dr could only call me then I had a message from the practice saying I could only see a paramedic lady. I went I could open my eye I had the worst pain I have ever gone through and that was sinus infection. If I am about to died I know they won’t help.

Went for my c o p d check to see if my inhaler was still the right ones the practice pharmacy was very good and informative

I found that the practitioner was very helpful and friendly. As this was my first visit for a few years, he was very good with putting me at ease.

Excellent Nurses and Some doctors and some receptionist excepted unforseen booking online unavailable. only available by the telephone doctors.

Can't get appointments as I work from 8am till 9pm so can't make appointment You don't cater for those at work

It was my first ever visit to a GP post UK move. Needless to say I was pretty anxious about the visit and appointment. I was suffering from a swollen mouth, throat and lymph nodes from couple of days and woke up to fever on Thursday, wasn’t able to eat or drink anything.. called up the clinic I was told I would get a call back from the doctor. I received an SMS about the same day appointment and the Doctor called up to check if I have got the message about my appointment. She was very thorough in examination and was patient in hearing all the symptoms. I really felt at ease and comfortable.

The service that I received was excellent, the doctor was prompt, and very polite, I didn’t feel rushed his explanations was clear and precise.
