Very helpful staff and friendly so I feel fine when I am there. Fast whith appointments and prescriptions .

I have been seen by a newish doctor to the practice and she has been kind, helpful and very patient with me. It means a lot to have a doctor with these qualities abd she listened to me

I have been regular to this practice since 2001 it's very good practice I am very lucky to have such this practice it's very nice to be honest I will recommend to everyone to this great practice

The doctor who was treating me was very attentive and listened to my concerns as well as putting me through a translator. They sought out my illness and gave me a good plan

All the staff I encountered were cheerful, helpful and very professional explaining everything that was happening and answering all my questions clearly. I felt very comfortable and at ease all the time I was in the practice.

Always been very supportive every time I've needed them, very efficient, kind caring ,never walked away disappointed they have never let me down from receptionists, nurse's and all doctors

All staff are top class and always do their best.However I frequent other health centres in Bristol for my podiatry needs and have noticed that all seem to have working toilets for patients. When will the toilets at Lawrence Hill Heath Centre be opened for patients . It is difficult to get through to reception by telephone in the morning to make an appointment too.
