I would like to say a massive thanks to the person I saw and I spoke. I received great service. Fully professional and full of touch about my problems. I felt very comfortable because someone was listening me. I get advice and proper information about the future. Thank You!

Been attending for years and I was supported with all my children's births and development. Some GPs are more understanding than others at times however I feel that's more about them not knowing you as well. However never had an issue with the practice, process and bookings. Only issue is getting correct creams and lotions for my baby girl. But am hoping this is redeemed at next telephone appointment.

I have been coming to this surgery for 26 years and it hasn’t been easy for all the staff due to shortage of staff and over worked. I want to say I was very unwell yesterday and the way I was cared for and looked after was nothing but outstanding. I want to thank you all for your hard work kindness and always being the best any one could ask for. Thank you to you all.

Had a test that I was not looking forward to, the lady I saw was very kind and understanding. Professional and explained everything in detail. Test completed quicker than I thought and she went through what the results would mean. Very impressed.

For the past few weeks, I've been experiencing stomach pain. Yesterday, I visited Lawrence Hill Health Centre and requested an appointment. To my surprise, I received a call from the physician later that day, offering me an in-person appointment for the following day. I am delighted with the prompt response from the health center staff. During my visit, the physician conducted a thorough examination, performed necessary tests and procedures on the spot, and outlined the next steps in my treatment. I am genuinely grateful for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the staff and physicians at Lawrence Hill Health Centre.

She was friendly, patient and listened to my problem and gave me medication that is definitely helping me. This was the first time I have seen this doctor but will definitely ask to she her again

Having not visited a health center in years, I was very impressed. Called in the morning and an appointment was arranged that day. I was in and out (including speaking to the doctor and retrieving medication) within 20 mins. Lots of parking and a nice garden to look at while I waited. I understand this may not be the experience of everyone but I was impressed with the service offered.

This surgery always made patients feel welcome I don't know why it's changed, the atmosphere is not as friendly it us more very business like and lacks rapor with patients

Went to the Surgery yesterday to ask about a Flu Injection and the very efficient Receptionist offered me an appointment for the afternoon which I very gladly accepted and when I returned later I went straight in and had my Flu jab. In the morning I also requested to have a consultation with a Doctor about my Knees, the Receptionist told me a Doctor would telephone me in due course. Not long after I arrived home the phone rang and I was offered an appointment for next week to see a Doctor. Outstanding service and very grateful. I have been with this practice since I was a small child and through the years seen many Doctors & Nurses and Receptionists and have always been treated very well indeed so I would always recommend this Practice and never want to go elsewhere.

Had to see diabetic nurse mon 9th such a lovely friendly person .really explained everything to me even when I was trying to take it all she made me feel comfortable. Cant say enough about the nurses and the practice
