The Health Center always looks clean ether waiting area and practice rooms. The staff are very polite and helpful. Attentive. Thank you for your service.

It’s up and down with my surgery, You should by now be able to make a appointment on line like you were able to do so not long ago. my biggest complaint would be not being able to book appointment on the app as in the past

Doctor was very thorough in examination. Listened to me and did follow up phone calls. I have been seen very quickly.

Good, helpful and friendly staff. Very good in general: doctors, nurses, reception, pharmacy etc. Every time I went to the surgery they treat me right and with education and they did what they have to do. Lovely job!!

I needed to discuss a problem that will eventually lead to a referral to a urologist. I didn't feel that I could detail the problem to anyone I had met before and would likely meet again, but the GP I spoke with seemed to understand this, and that problem at least was quickly resolved. Let's hope that future contacts - and hopefully a resolution of the physical problem - feel as positive. Thank you!

Appointment at 16:15, still waiting at16:55. Who has an appointment for 40 minutes? Notified I was leaving and in pain!

Visited yesterday for a pre diabetes review Was given some very helpful advice and Links to site that I have visited and have printed out advice hoping next year on making annual review visit by taking as much advice as possible I Will have improved Test results

The nurse that I had to see was such a lovely lady I have found lawrence hill has got better to get through to on phone and very helpful explaining
