Was sick over the weekend, walked in at opening time to get an appointment. Got a text for an appointment that afternoon. Picked up prescription from the attached pharmacy.

Lovely nurse who was great at building a relationship, explained everything well and took blood samples quickly and painlessly. Delighted to be in their care.

Once you manage to see the doctor the care is good You need to wait for hours on the phone to get through to reception and there is usually no appointments Then waiting for hours again for doctor to call back. You can hardly do anything else like go to toilet or have a shower as doctor calls just once from withheld number. You get questioned by people who are not medical specialist s, who don't know you about the most intimate problems right by the reception desk in front of other people...

My visit was for a flue vaccination. I was contacted by the health centre to book an appointment. It was easy to do and when i arrived i was seen straight away. Good advice given and all was well.

I find the nurses are very very friendly on different visit I have seen quite a few .the doctors are very thorough and like to get your problem sorted .I've been with the surgery since I was a little girl and iam 67 now I wouldn't go anywhere else

I had a good experience from the very beginning, as the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I had an appointment, and a doctor saw me on time. She was extremely professional and gave me a lot of useful information

I think the practice is improving with the new phone system also I was happy to have a face to face appointment.i fully understand the pressure on our health service but I felt so much better and confident of being able to see and speak to my doctor

Medical staff are great! Always helpful,knowledgeable, pleasant, easy to talk to and you feel that they are attentive and try resolve your issue. Reception can be a bit arduous, and quite difficult to get through on the phone. Good comm on texts, call backs,feedback.
