Had my smear, I was extremely anxious I suffer from various conditions that stop me from attending appointments, I managed to secure a time slot 8am. The nurse my appointment was with was so comforting, professional and understanding. I felt safe and secure with her expertise & knowledge I can’t thank her enough for this. I try to hide my emotions and feelings from others but my overwhelming fear really did take over how I felt. The receptionist who was on duty on this particular morning showed me so much care and understanding I cannot put into words how grateful I am to them both. Thank you.

I called the day before and got a callback the next day and was able to get a choice of appointments on the day of the callback. I was able to take up the appointment. I saw a locum and left feeling reassured.

I saw the paramedic about problems with my memory and she was very prompt, friendly and kind. The service was satisfactory as I expected. Things could have been explained better and louder as I am hard of hearing.

Experience was pretty good.Doctors were well behaved. I am satiesfied with the treatment I have . Prescription received on time.blood reports are updated with in the time.

I have seen the asthm nurse on several occasions this month. She is always cheerful, polite, very professional and infirmative. I was seen for different matters over the last few weeks. The practice has been very thorough in dealing with my recent problems

So helpful and put my mind at ease it was my yearly check up ,also made appointment to see a blood test nurse and a appointment with a doctor to check my breathing.

Dissapointed they are speculating the closure of the pharmacy. Due to the area you end up waiting in queues for people who do not listen tot he instructions. I waited behind a lady who didn't want an initial telephone appointment just a face to face despite being told the telephone appointment is a necessary step to getting a face to face. It's an up hill battle with some people

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The service was quick and efficient however this part (giving the review) was time consuming and not easy. Will probably not leave another in the future
