Visit surgery on the 6th Nov, Doctor was very patient and answer all my questions, explained his Diagnosis very clearly.

My experience has been very good, I have been treated really well. There has been difficulties regarding my neighbour, and the people they know. unfortunately my physical health has been imparted,, which has been the reasons to visit my gp/nhs hospital. Medication: Warfarin; at a High Dose, at the moment,. Receptionists, Clinical Nurse GP’s are polite, are very respectful, kind, and helpful. My specific experience: had appointment with my gp regarding my right knee swollen, my gp to have a Mir scan, onto an appointment with knee specialist.

I had my smear done recently the nurse was very professional and explained every step even though I’ve had these done many times. She was patient and very informative. I took my 16 year old along with me and while carrying out my smear the nurse was informing my daughter what she was doing and how she may feel when it’s her time to go along, she gave me the relative paperwork afterwards and I didn’t feel there was a hurry for her to get me out the chair

Good Efficient Detailed And Friendly Practice Showing Real Concern For It's Patients. I Found That The Members Of Staff Gave Their Time On "An Individual Basis" Effectively Where They Had An Excellent Grasp Of Their Patients Symptoms And Concerns. When Approach By Inquisitive Or Concerned (Even Anxious) Patients I Found That Members Of Staff Dealt With The Problems Knowledgeably Factually And Directly. My Personal Experience Of The Practice On 15/11/2024 Was One Where I Was Shown [Via Computer Hardware] A Blow By Blow Visual Analysis And Explanation Of My Health Conditions And Possible Complications, I Found This To Be Invaluable As I Can Now Re-adjust My Personal Health Behaviors To Preferred And Desired Outcomes. I Was Also Sent A "Health Video" Via Text Message To Compliment My Completed Diagnosis. All This Was Effectively And Informatively Completed.

Hi, been unwell for weeks, saw nurse bloods urine etc saw rash doctor came to treatment room straight away, confirmed i had Shingles, tablets cream short talk about how i felt course of treatment all within an hour. I am so very grateful, to everyone at Lawrence hill, also receptionist very helpful thank you.

My last experience at my GP surgery was comfortable and the reason for this was the nurse in treatment room that took some from blood from me. She Was really good at her job , building a good customer rapport and putting patient at ease in this challenging time when you are not able to see your GP. My experience with this Nurse is very refreshing and I feel like she put her patient at the forefront of her job which makes her the champion of treatment room in my humble opinion.

Some nice staff, but extremely difficult to get seen at all, or even contact the surgery about ongoing treatment. Extremely poor continuity of care throughout. Frequent spam comms but again, very little meaningful contact. I have had blood taken unnecessarily - e.g. without being requested by a Dr or required at all - on two seperate, non consecutive occasions by the same nurse. Many Drs at the surgery have little to no knowledge of mental health issues and espouse outdated, dismissive, and unhelpful ideas about depression, anxiety, and other conditions. I have received some good care from Lawrence Hill Health Centre from reception staff, nurses, Dr's, and others, but ultimately this was the exception and not the rule. I will be changing surgeries on the new year.

Doctors and staff are just amazing at this practice. Despite a terribly underesourced NHS they go above and beyond in care for their patients. My recent treatment was just an example.

Practice could be better. Booked an appointment when i was in pain,i was told to wait for next appointment 2 weeks later. In the meantime my condition worsened. Ended up searching for remedies on the Internet. I finally saw th GP who then asked me to book an appointment for blood test and was given an appointment another 2 weeks. Someone can easily get seriously ill waiting for appointment befor any treatment is administered.
