I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Lea Wharf today for great service. Econsult done and my Dad was seen quickly and checked over throughly by the lovely nurse after been ill all weekend with bad Flu and feeling terrible still. Thank you all. X

What I good idea to run an exercise class at the surgery. It was sitting Pilates but still proved moderately hard exercise and was run by an excellent instructor. I commend the practice for organising this and look forward to attending future classes.

I managed to get a phone appointment for the following week but my problem got so much worse over the weekend that I called 111 the service was very good & they managed to get me an appointment for today at the surgery. I had very good care & help from the Dr

From Reception through to the GP consultation I cannot fault the service I received today. As always, I was greeted by very helpful and courteous reception staff. The appointment with the GP was bang on time and I was very impressed with the quality of the consultation, in terms of it's thoroughness and both the treatment provided there and then and the advice given regarding future treatment. This surgery has to be the best one I've ever attended and the care I've received, second to none. Thank You.

Prompt, one day waiting to see the GP. On arrival waited no more than 5minutes and the GP know what the issue and remedy was within ten minutes. Swift great experience. I pray more like GP practices operate in similar vein.
