Although I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, even though mine was the first appointment, I did get a proper apology. The nurse was then very thorough, she was also listening and immediately responded to all my queries and followed up, by text, in an extremely timely manner, she also 'phoned me with the appropriate information. Could not have asked for better. Thank you

I found the receptionist to be polite friendly & competent upon my arriving at the medical centre I could have used the self check in but the receptionist checked me in I medical professional I saw was welcoming knowledgeable professional curtious. She recalled details of previous annual reviews I have had with her. We discussed issues fully. I left feeling very satisfied with my experience

Came in today to get my newborn her jabs. The person we saw was lovely, had no problem even though my other daughter was being a distraction. She was very knowledgeable and helpful

Rang today to try and get a copy of some blood test results as was told this morning that certain aspects of the test came back satisfactory/average. a man who’s name started with N answered my call and was not helpful at all, wouldn’t really let me get a word in edgeways, felt like he was saying a lot of complicated things that I didn’t understand and just repeating these same things when I tried to understand and ask what it actually meant. Told me to not speak to him like that when I asked him if I could explain something because I felt like he just kept cutting me off trying to mansplain something, I feel like these people need training on how to work with people over the phone and be empathetic as this man had no empathy at all

Had an issue that turned out to be a prostrate problem. I did an online form and received a telephone conversation. This got me in to see a doctor, on the same day.
