The last few times I have attended the surgery. I always feel like the GP has an attitude and you are a problem. It never feels like a practice where you are welcome. It is rushed, stressful and the doctors are quite argumentative with you when you talk to them about your symptoms. You can be trying to explain your symptoms and they interrupt and disagree or make you feel that you’re a hypochondriac. When its the first time you are getting in touch with them - no wonder so many people don’t reach out for help when they’re feeling sick & end up really ill. What happened to the days when the doctors were caring and would advise the best for your health?

I phoned at 8 am and couldn't believe I got a appointment same cancellation never the less the doctor and receptionist was very and helpful I came out with a positive experience all-round

Locum doctors, often rude when asked for explanation about the treatment / condition (simple stuff, nothing too elaborate or scientific). The doctor will only consult on one matter i.e. if you come with one problem (e.g. persistent cough) they would not help you with another condition (e.g. thrush). The doctor doesn't even want to hear about this. The above has happened to me on a number of occasions. The attitude of doctors is shocking. The reception staff is ok.

Pleasant and prompt receptionist, appointment was seen in reasonable time, all questions answered fully and to my satisfaction. Examination done with care and good communication. Left feeling I was seen by a competent clinician, good service all round

Always such a great experience here. The reception staff are always efficient, professional and friendly. Clinical staff are professional, friendly and make you feel welcome.

I had some trouble with the call center for this as my phone wouldn't accept the call. But when the receptionist phone me back she quickly arranged a face to face appointment and I was quickly seen. Lovely friendly doctor, very helpful and polite, did a good job and eased my worries.

Registered with this gp based on reviews from the nhs website but wished I'd done my own due diligence because although my previous GP was bad this practice was alot worse. First appointment I turned up for I was told I didn't have one only to get a text saying I missed my appointment, second appointment I had to wait half an hour for and when test results came back from the first appointment I was advised I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to discuss them and when I asked about online access and text reminders they said they couldn't do it even though they have signs in reception saying they can suffice to say I'd avoid this practice
