I had a wonderful experience at my recent GP appointment. The doctor was not only thorough but also took the time to listen to my concerns and explain things clearly. I felt truly cared for throughout the visit, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it an overall stress-free experience. Highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking great medical care!

Had a consultation with dr this morning. He was very through as always gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was extremely reassuring, explained everything really well. I left surgery feeling calm and less anxious. I was booked in for a blood test straight away by him and the nurse was very helpful too. Overall 10 out of 10 for an amazing service and a great team effort Keep up the amazing work 👏 Thank you ever such 🙏

My experience at this GP has been a good one. Following my recent appointment the doctor gave me genuine and real advice. They followed up my appointment with a service to support me with my mental health and a check up call. I recommend this GP surgery.

Very happy with the service here, moved here from a different GP due to moving house. Found it very easy to get an appointment, and the follow up from Dr was fantastic. Tool time and care to speak to me, no rush. Would recommend

Dr was great in thoroughly asking questions and looking at my daughter, Dr put my mind at rest, and also advised accordingly should the symtoms worsen over weekend. Thank you.

The Dr was very efficient and understanding when I’ve been to see him the past 2 times. He listened to me thoroughly, and then thoroughly explained the different possibilities. He then referred me for tests and went through the results in great detail and recommended the next steps which have been helpful.

I arrived early for my appointment which was at 08.45. I was immediately impressed with the receptionist and her constant answering of the phone in a polite manner. My GP was slightly late but apologised for the small delay. He introduced himself and made me feel immediately at ease. My issue was dealt with in a sensitive manner and I was given lots of advice. This is the first time I have seen a GP for around 3 years, the experience from booking appointment to walking out after my appointment was really very good

I called the surgery roughly 2 weeks ago as my regular medication of vagifem single use hrt medication was not delivered as they sent me a doset with 2 applicators to use for 24 tablets to be taken 2x weekly. I rang the surgery to let them know the receptionist said that she would send a request for the medication i should have. I spoke to the pharmacist and they said they would speak to to the doctors. I rang the doctors and did not get ver far, the girl who deals with medication who is not clinically trained said the message i got by text which said that vagifem is not used by nhs as it is to expensive, I said this is not true as this is the medication i have been given from the beginning as i am diabetic and at risk of yeast infections that's why i have the disposable sinle use ones, the girl said that i would have to wait until next week for an appointment, i said i don't want an appointment i want my medication as i have none left, i am supposed to take them 2x a week, and i have nothing, as asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and said a doctor had walked past and said the ones i had been sent were temporary ones, this is a lie as they have done the same before, if they were temporary i would have been notified, i have not been, so i asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she is busy so i said that is convienient. So i am been left with no medication and no chance of getting any. Someone should get me my medication, someone should be available. I will also be getting in touch with cqc which is the doctors governing body. I am not happy as this is leaving me open to a possible infection and other complications, i would not recommend this service to anyone, in an emergency like this i should be able to speak to a trained clinician regarding this matter, as should anyone else.
