    This is the worst GP practice I have ever experienced. You can be in utter pain but they not see you directly. Everything has to be through e-consult and they will only get back to you the next day, terrible attitude at the reception.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt unhappy with the service we provided. We find NHS choices limited from an engagement point of view. We encourage our patients to speak to a member of staff as soon as an issue arises so that we can try to resolve it as soon as possible.

    Two of my son had symptoms and one was seen the other one was ignored. One was examined and that’s it, no advice no medicines came home with nothing. My son asked me why did we even went to gp? His blood pressure was low and no other advice.

    I was going to consult the gp and was told that my registration at the centre was cancelled. I had been responding to the messages from the centre after the confirmation of my registration and had never been notified regarding the unanticipated cancellation of my registration. Now I am left without any access to medical advice despite the huge amount of ihs charge wasted.

    Never had a bad experience at this Practice. The nurses and doctors are always attentive, listens and looks after you well. Information is always great. Place always clean and tidy. Communications very good as well.

    I went for my annual flu vaccine, arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment, after checking in at reception (the electronic machine didn’t work) I wait less than 5 was called in. attended by a very professional and polite nurse - sorry don’t remember her name overall efficient service there were only 2 other person waiting, the ambiance was relaxed as excited in a gp practice, clean. receptionist at as polite

    The breastfeeding room is too hot and has no ventilation. I felt suffocated, I had to leave and feed my baby in the waiting area.

    I booked a telephone appointment over a week ago, the appointment was at 11:15am it now 19:14 and no call from the nurse. This is absolutely disgusting that people cannot get access to care because of unprofessional staff. The receptionist keep saying that the nurse will call u back and it almost closing time and still no call. This place need to be closed down as there is a bunch of unprofessional and unreliable staff who don’t keep with the time or appointment schedule.

    I tried to book an appointment with e-consult, but after you’ve completed the questionnaire is just telling you to call 111. I called the practice and the receptionist was so rude and was not listening at all, she was interrupting me when I was trying to explain my situation and just trying to walk away by telling to go to the website and do the e-consult again. Absolutely rubbish practice. I’m definitely gonna change.

    Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your dissatisfaction with our e-consultation service. E-consults are triaged and responded to by a clinician. If you need to be seen face to face you will be offered the next available appointment. However, if you need an urgent appointment you may be asked to contact NHS 111, who will be able to book you directly into their allocated 111 appointment slots at the practice. I am sorry to hear that you found the receptionist rude. If you would like to discuss the matter further please call the surgery and speak to the practice manager or reception supervisor, alternatively you can email the surgery on lbrp@nhs.net and the manager will contact you.

    I recently filled out an E-consult and was contacted the same day then seen by the nurse and doctor 2 days later. The nurse was excellent in her patient care, warm, caring and containing.

    The team are really good at prioritising care. After filling out a econsult, I had a text within 3 hours asking me to come in the next day after suspected bronchitis. The doctor spent time explaining my options and ensuring they weren't overprescribing antibiotics, as well as making sure they didn't cross contaminate drugs. I also recently had a tetanus booster - again super fast, really great team - lots of flexibility when booking. The best system to use is to put all info in a econsult and then they either call you, or book you in for a real life appointment - which most of the time works well and means that you see a doctor when you need to see it. Finally, their reception team are good at picking up the phone provided you aren't trying to book an appointment over the phone - they are helpful and make sure that you can reschedule appointments or get doctors reports easily. Wait times I always find are about 20 minutes over peak times, and less than 5 during the day
