Had a phone call on a Saturday afternoon between Christmas and the New Year. Didn’t feel rushed and my prescription was ready to collect later that day.

The doctor I spoke to was able to deal with my request for referral to another service following a good discussion of the options. Only thing that could have improved the service would have been copying me in on emails to the other services requesting appointments for me

I requested to see a doctor that had dealt with me previous , I received a call back and an appointment was made for me the following week so continuity was maintained

I went for my pneumonia jab. I waited a couple of minutes and got called in. It took me longer to drive there - not that that’s a problem.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Called back by nurse practitioner a few hours later who was able to deal with my medical issue easily and prescribe required medication. Efficient and professional service. Thank you.

Staff are friendly. Was seen by the doctor the same day after the pharmacist said to call you. Doctor was very thorough.

Outstanding service! I visited to have some blood taken for an upcoming gout review! The nurse was exceptionally delicate and I didn’t even feel a scratch! Top marks and thank you!

When ichecked in on the screen it said i needed my temp taken but there was no equipment there to do that or directions to where it was and nowhere to enter the data. I wasn't asked what it was either by the soc. It also said the wait would be 4 mins. The waiting area was empty but i had to wait 30 mins. The experience with the doctor was excellent

Cannot speak or make an appointment to speak to a GP The receptionist are very kind but unable to help Advise to go on e- consult that guides me back to call the GP for an appointment!

Dear Patient, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to learn that you were unable to get an appointment on this occasion. Our duty list is generally open between the hours of 8am-12pm Monday to Friday and the receptionists are unable to add to it after this time. We have to close the list so that we can safely contact back all the patients that have been added to the list. We also offer an econsult service between 8-10am and again between 1-3pm, that is also triaged by the duty doctor. The econsult service does have a safety feature where some trigger words or selections will direct you to more urgent care.
