I received a text message about a walk in Flu Jab. I went to the surgery with the expectation of having my yearly flu jab only to be told to return later. I explained I was unable to get back later as I have to get my husband to drive me and I have difficulty walking. I was told there was no appointments until later. I thought a walk in service meant you could walk in and wait for a flu jab. So I asked for an appointment another day, I was offered an appointment in 12 days later. I declined to appointment and left the surgery. I phoned a pharmacy the next day for a walk in Flu jab. I was in and out within 15 mins. Lister Medical centre needs to improve both the service they offer and their communications with patients.

impossible to get through on the phone, and even more difficult to get an appointment . I never seen such a stupid service . how I explain my pain and feelings over fill-up form and pictures? can doctor seen over picture my pulse and heartbeat?
