    After struggling with a problem with my upper and under eye skin for 6 weeks, seeing two pharmacists and an optition, I was advised to contact my GP as the initial treatment for blepharitis has had no impact and my eyes remain red, sore and some days swollen. The receptionist advised that I would be triaged and if a GP nneded to see me a link would be sent to book an appointment. I received the link saying I needed an advanced routine appointment so I tried to book on line but there were no appointments available. The advice on line was to phone through to the surgery. I spoke to another receptionist who confirmed there were no apointments and I had to keep trying on-line every day as the link was valid for 7 days. If i required urgent treatment I should phone 111. I work full time and cannot book on line before I leave for work as your system does not open until 8am. By the time I have arrived at my desk, the appointments are fully booked. Please may i suggest you amend your booking system as it does not suit working people. I very rarely bother your surgery and I am more than disappointed with the service received today. As a result, I will probably have to spend more money on the wrong treatment from the pharmacist.

    I cannot recommend this surgery enough !! There social care has the most caring but efficient care coordinator I have ever met . She helped me with my mum three years ago and she was the one we turned to with our dad .Even though we made it hard for her because we was confused with situation she was kind and sorted everything very quickly!Littlewick has been my parents surgery for 50 years and they have only ever been kind and efficient. They have a lot to put up with the general public but they d0 there very best . Mary Smith

    This morning I submitted a request for an appointment. I was expecting a response within 24/48 hours and to my surprise I was contacted within two hours of my request. I was offered an afternoon appointment. I saw a lovely GP/practitioner this afternoon who identified my symptoms and I was prescribed antibiotics. It took a lot of strength to visit the surgery today as I am currently feeling really unwell but I just wanted to share my gratitude and say a really big ‘Thank You’. I am truly grateful. Thank You for providing such a quick and effective service 😁

    Today I was given an on the day appointment after having used the online triage system. I was seen by a medical student who was so lovely, compassionate, and caring. After a chat we went to see Dr small. I had an examination by both and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you so much for easing my worries!

    I saw two junior doctors today regarding extreme pain in my right shoulder from having had cancer of the scapula many years ago. They both treated me so well and was very thorough explaining everything I needed to know. I was very impressed. They then fetched in a doctor who again was extremely helpful and discussed with me my options. Great service indeed.

    Rang about an ongoing problem and was given a same day appointment with the dr I’d seen about this previously.This was something that couldn’t wait.I know there is a triage system and it works.The lady I spoke to on reception was so helpful and friendly.If you are really in need of an appointment you will get one.Sadly we can’t all be next.

    I've recently moved into the area and needed to visit the practice. The staff have been super helpful and friendly. The practice is modern and clean. There was a bit of a wait to see a doctor but more than likely not a fault of the practice itself. The doctors are kind and supportive and proactive at providing further treatment and advice. Extremely impressed with Littlewick

    I moved from West Hallam after a bad experience to Dr Purnells and was then transferred to Littlewick when they closed. Ever since being with Littlewick they have gone above and beyond with every phone call or visit I have made. Especially for my children, when I have rang up late in the afternoon they have made time for me tried to find me appointments whilst always being polite and caring. I recommend Littlewick to all my friends and family, and am genuinely grateful for the help they have given me over the last few years.

    I fell down stairs and also blacked out came to my gp told them I had hurt my spine were I had previously had surgery on the same place asked if I could be sent for a MRI and was just told to go to physio. . Told them I was in a lot more pain told them I was having more numbness in hands arms and feet still nothing. So went to psyio told ten I needed a MRi and was told no they can’t book me in also told them I was in a lot of pain and they didn’t care ether . Phoned doctors again to say I was struggling and yet again told me to go to physio. Not once have I been listened to and I no my own body and something is not right I would pay privately for a MRI but the doctor told me there’s no point because who’s going to read it. If I was well enough I would go to A&E but can’t stand or sit for to long as the pain making me feel sick. Also it’s the same physio that left me wth a busted knee cap and told me nothing wrong

    I had a telephone appointment with the doctor. Apparently, I can't name her on the review but trust she will know who we mean. There were problems with me answering the call. She very kindly rang me three times! I had been very upset but she was so kind and understanding of our problems. Thank you.
