    Spoke to receptionist maxi seen over the phone about referring for the practice’s social prescribing service, she was very curious, polite, knowledgeable and professional providing feedback regarding the service and how to go about referring, a true asset to the service.

    I would like to pass on my thanks to Dr f. For five years, we have been reaching out for support with our daughter, who has symptoms that affect her day-to-day lifestyle. Dr f has always given us the time we need to talk and has investigated more than any other doctor at the partnership or hospital. She has never belittled my daughter’s symptoms, unlike other doctors. I can’t thank her enough.

    I was seen really quickly following econsult for cough. Really friendly and caring nurse. I was prescribed antibiotics for a chest infection and started to feel well quickly.

    I reluctantly used the econsult facility but am happy to say it worked really well. Within an hour of completing the econsult I had a phone call from the practice and was given an early appointment. I am very impressed.

    I used econsult twice in the last week. The replies came back within 10 minutes. So very efficient, thank you. Just wish there was an “other” box, as not everything fits into one of the health categories, so you have to be inventive. However, I am a fan of this system. Thanks to all

    Used the new E-consult online, was easy to use and explain what was wrong with me, and very happy and impressed to receive phone call from practice arranging a GP phone appt within 2hrs of submitting form
