    I have been requesting for several years to see the named GP to establish a rapport with the practice, especially for my special needs son. On the occasions I managed to book an appointment with a GP at the clinic, the attending GP was either visiting or covering for someone. Any requests for follow-ups or additional appointments were directed to unhelpful reception staff who would say that they have no appointments available for the foreseeable future. The only options given were to call every day at 8 am or during other allocated times when appointments might become available. The task of making an appointment itself is so stressful that one might need medical help after going through the ordeal of booking an appointment. My son does not receive any yearly check-ups or general well-being follow-ups. I was shocked to learn that this is a standard practice that the surgery should provide for a special needs child, but even upon my requests, they have failed to do so.

    Used the ecosult for the very first time, so easy to use when trying to get an appointment with the surgery, was contacted by the surgery within a very short time to be offered an appointment with them the next day receptionist was very friendly ,polite and helpful ,can not fault the professionalism or all involved in this surgery,would highly recommend this practice

    I spent ages waiting for my phone calls to be answered, waiting up to 50 minutes many times. After complaining when I got through I was told they are very busy and understaffed and I was lucky to get through to speak to someone. My daughter also phoned a number of times and the phone message said she was number one in the queue. She waited over 30 minutes a number of times as caller number 1 in the queue and nobody answered the phone. I think they just can't be bothered to answer the phone calls. A terrible service.

    I was trying to make an appointment for my grand daughter & when I explained our situation, the reception lady was understanding & tried very hard to arrange an appointment that my grand daughter could make as she is at school. Thank you!

    Spoke to a lovely associate this morning when I was unable to get through to the prescription team and the associate was extremely helpful in assisting with my needs. It is refreshing to see such kind attention despite the amount of pressure surgeries encounter so I am most grateful.

    Econsult is a great idea, however I was given an appointment that I could not attend. All I wanted to do was change it. Four phone calls where I am 'number 1' in the queue but actually on hold for 25 mins each time. Three out of four times, someone answered and then put me straight back on hold. At which point I gave up. Website says use the online form to contact them but the link just goes to the phone number and the address. I honestly don't know how else to change my appointment.
