Excellent experience. The flu jab appointment was very well organised. I arrived at the GP Surgery & was greeted at the entrance. I was guided to the team at the desk, and I confirmed my name and address. All was fine and an additional check, I was asked if I had a covid vaccine within the last 7 days. I was guided to a member of the team who swiftly, as in seconds, administered the flu jab to my arm. I was then advised not to have the covid vaccine for at least the next 7 days. From arrival to leaving took only a few minutes. Very efficent and well organised by the GP Surgery team.

Had my Flu Jab at the Loughton Health Centre was running on time it was very quick and efficient the staff were friendly and helpful

My last eye check with the optician required a referral to the opthalmologist. this was done within days of receiving the report and when there was a problem with the referral this was sorted out within the day. You can't fault this service.

All the staff at Loughton practice are extremely professional , the GPs do such a great job. You should all be very proud of yourselves.

Yesterday, I needed to obtain a specimen bottle for an MSU test. Normally an appointment is necessary. The receptionist went out of her way to ensure I received the test materials. She was extremely kind and empathetic.

I have phoned 35 time since 8am today and not got on to the queue for an appointment, how the elderly manage with such a poor system is beyond me, very poor system and service
