Had a review with GP today. Have been referred to Respiratory team at Medway Hospital in May with no response. The GP has contacted the consultant and requested an urgent appointment. Also had discussed my treatment with the consultant who had advised next steps.

Appointment was a little late but not to bad.Doctor was very good she listened and understood how I felt,she combined both complaints treating both of them equally as well as one another.Issuing advice and prescriptions for both illnesses.I was very satisfied with the visit to the surgery.

Saw a Locum excellent, very helpful very thorough very please with what I received today I don’t very often go to the doctors, but I was very pleased with the doctor today.

Had a routine appointment, staff very friendly and helpful. Dr went through a couple of medicines I am taking making sure I was happy etc. Blood pressure was taken, advice was given, very happy with everything overall.

I had a smear test and the Nurse explained everything to me. I was in very little pain as a smear test can be uncomfortable. The Nurse acted quickly and very professionally and got the sample required. I was very happy and satisfied with the service provided. Thank you very much.

I was given an appointment with a nurse and to my surprise she gave me a thorough check up, more than any GP did in the past. She was easy to talk to, she gave me excellent advice and a medical prescription to help with my problems. She was punctual, no waiting in the reception room. A very good experience overall. Thank you.

I needed an appointment called them first thing, the receptionist had empathy was kind and spoke to me like a human, found me an appointment the same day which was fantastic, the doctor was clear, listened and helped me with a treatment plan, this was my second appointment ever at this surgery and I have been so impressed, best thing I did was to change surgeries this beats my old surgery hands down, the staff are brilliant

Phoned this morning as have felt unwell. Was offered an appointment in the afternoon. Very pleasant receptionist signed me in. Saw Dr on time she was very good listened to my concerns. Gave me a prescription which was sent to Farids which I collected all done within 30 minutes of leaving home
