Everyone at Maidstone Road surgery is friendly and helpful. They treat everyone with kindness. All the people here put you at ease and the help they have given my wife and I this week has been fantastic. Thank you.

Evening appointment, practice was empty, receptionist was polite in booking in. Seen on time .doctor was receptive and understanding.

The doctor I saw was extremely empathetic and careful. He showed great pastoral care. He listened carefully and was apparently thorough in his diagnostic enquiry in the limited time I know they have to turn over patients. The administrative assistants are very responsive also.

Pharmacist provided a professional / personable / helpful consultation. Made up for the curtness/tone of the reception: "Yes"... "Take a Seat". Clinical services have greatly improved of recent - but still scope for improvement in respect of patient reception.

I am finding it extremely difficult to get an appointment, I have COPD, have not had a spiro test for 4yrs or a peak flow for 2yrs, in July I developed a chesty cough, which to be fair I was prescribed antibiotics, but I still have this cough in September and cannot get another appointment..

I have been at this practice for over 30 years and what was once a very caring practice, slowly deteriorated. Once COVID struck it became far worse. Recently it has been taken over and is once again a very good practice. The staff have always been extremely good, caring people but weren't able to do their job through poor management. I'm glad to say that things are dramatically better.
