The Dr spent time to listen and really take note of my symptoms. He didn’t rush me and I didn’t feel like he was wanting to get me out by the allotted 15mins. I felt safe in the knowledge that he was going to help me get the right diagnosis. Thank you!

Recently saw GP for tender, red and inflamed leg. Very quick referral made for DVT assessment at Meddoc. Seen again by GP later in the week for further check. Can't fault the speed in which seen and care and advice given.

For some years the practice fell short in many ways but was taken over recently and is back to being very good again.

Despite not having an appointment, the receptionist spoke to the nurse for me, and she made a referral straight away to the hospital. This particular nurse is such a gentle, caring person who is so reassuring. She also did my granddaughter's 3rd lot of injections today and she didn't even cry!

Went to see the nurse practitioner. Very happy with the advice and support. The Nurse was patient and spoke to me in a caring and friendly way.
