    Online triage at 8am..a GP appointment at 11.15am. The questions re my recent hospital admittance were answered clearly with patience. He referred me for an ECG at the surgery which I had later in the day. The Doctor, ECG nurse & reception were all very efficient, helpful & friendly.

    I was away and needed a prescription sending to a local pharmacy.The receptionist was very helpful and the pharmacist rang me first thing the next day and arranged for a doctor to issue my prescription. The whole process took less than 12 hours . I was very impressed. Many thanks to all the staff involved

    Same day appointment. Dr made time to listen, was attentive and caring. Clear explanation of treatment and further investigation. Reassuring yet honest. Amazing doctor could not improve experience.

    The nurse I saw was very professional and helpful, as was the student nurse who helped today. The receptionist was extremely helpful and able to book all the necessary appointments in advance for me.

    I needed another prescription for Butec patches. My message was taken by a receptionist and passed on to the prescriber. Next day, another receptionist was able to tell me it had been sent to the pharmacy.

    I had a mole on my back that was irregular in shape and rarther large. I went through the online triage and was telephonened by the practice and offered an appointment that morning ing. I attended and after a quick examination was assured all was well.

    I made an online request at 7am, by 8am I’d been asked to call in to book an appointment. I was seen by the GP at 9.20. And had the medicine in my hand by 9.45.
