    I received a text about a drop-in clinic. Great idea. No ringing for an appointment or requiring time off work as clinic on until 6.30pm. Very efficient service with friendly staff who put you at ease. Would definitely like to see more drop-in clinics like these as convenient for working people

    Reception staff pick and choose when they will give you an appointment for another day. They say they can't pre-book appointments however when you call on another day they will pre-book an appointment for you a few days in advance. They don't appreciate that it can be difficult/isn't always possible to get to the phone at 8am and wait on hold for 50 minutes to get an appointment.

    Dear Patient I am sorry to hear the issue. There are limited numbers of pre-bookable slots and this may be an incident that there was none when you called for the first time and there were a few available when you called second time. We have introduced a call back feature on our phone system that holds your position in the queue and our reception staff will call you back when your turn comes. If there is still any issue you face, you can ask the reception staff to transfer the call to me or you can drop an email at welaccg.manor-primary-care@nhs.net Thanks Irfan Ahmad Practice Manager

    Went to drop in clinic today 3/2/2023 was an convenient way to see a health professional without calling the surgery just dropping in between 9/3 pm today was lovely experience and easily seen too in good time leaving a happy and well cared for

    Had the chance to attend the Walk In Clinic recently held and it was a simple and smooth process - give your details at reception, wait to be called and see the nurse. The nurses were welcoming and immediately put you at ease, happy to answer any questions and provided you with relevant information. I was treated with dignity and respect during my appointment. If these were to be held again in future and I needed to attend, it would be so beneficial when you work / have other commitments on as it can sometimes be hard to find the time to book in at opening time, so walk in sessions are a great service.

    Well what a quick and easy experience I had. I went in for the "drop in" cervical screening test and was in and in with no issues at all. I think the drop in service is amazing, especially for people like myself who don't usually have much time for these type of things as I work. I hope many people like myself took advantage of this opportunity and went for their screening. I hope this will be regular as I have spoken to a few people who are not at this practice that would totally be on board and attend If it was to be offered I'm their own surgery.

    I’ve been asked to leave a review of how I thought my appointment had gone and the treatment that I have received today. Well, what can I say, this is my second appointment within 2 weeks and I feel like I have been treated really well and my feelings considered throughout. (Km) The nurse I saw was very informative, reassuring, helpful and supportive during both of my visits, further appointments have also been made. All of my questions have been answered which helped to ease my anxiety. The nurse even got blood first time – this rarely happens when needing to get a blood sample. I don’t think I could get through this without your support, thanks so much for being you.

    I had a face to face appointment with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner. I was concerned about a number of things, which may be related to Menapause but not sure. The ANP listened, was empathetic and did not make me feel like I was wasting her time. She has taken some bloods, did not presume it was due to Menapause and this has provided relief and reassurance. The ANP also discussed plan moving forward, depending on results. Great patient care. NHS at its best!
