My service with this practice has been amazing friendly and efficient. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Even observing the office staff, medical professionals and Drs interactions with other service users has been exemplary. Thank you all for keeping the NHS reputation and service being a cut above other services

I have to see the practice nurses quite a lot for regular blood tests etc. They are brilliant, very patient, caring and happy to answer even the stupidest questions. They help to calm any anxiety about any treatments and problems really well. Also the nurse who took my blood today is the best at doing blood tests, my blood doesn't like to come out easy

I can only say that my experience of this practice, whether with the telephonist, nurse or doctor, has always been fabulous and I think they all do a sterling job. I am very happy with this practice.

I had to use manor primary care service last week. My enquiry was answered very quickly and an appointment made that day for GP to call me. Very prompt and efficient service Even throughout the pandemic, whenever I accessed the service, my issue was resolved speedily. The reception staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and patient.
