I went for my Covid and flu jabs today. Just like last time I arrived on time. This time I was seen straight away. No fuss. Really efficient and very friendly too. Such a contrast from last year when they had us queuing for ages (queue started outside!!!!). Took ages. Very unpleasant Shows what a change of management can do! Thank you

Went along for Saturday flu jab Autumn booster session - only a few people in front, so limited waiting time and “service with a smile” from the Callowland Doctor and accompanying healthcare professional - thank you

While having my flue and Covid vaccinations everything was done so efficiently in such a warm and friendly environment. Thank you! All staff were wonderful.

I met with the nurse for a blood test - she was absolutely charming and offered me a further appointment to look and change my dressings following some mole excisions that I was having later that day.

Recently viewed an online seminar organised by Manor View Practice, the seminar was presented by a leading Urology Consultant. The team at the surgery did a terrific job organising this event and it was a great presentation from the consultant. Thank you to everyone involved, it was hugely informative.

Today’s visit was for a flu vaccine which was quick, painless and easy. The medical team are all reliable, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The messaging system works well and the response times are excellent too.

Doctor put me at ease and I felt relaxed. Staff on site to show me where to go. I was seen by the Doctor at the appointed time. No complaints whatsoever.
