Gave a blood sample. I was seen on time. Good service, did not hurt at all. Nurse was very polite and put me at ease.

I have been looked after pre and post op by the pharmacist who specialises in pain control. I had dreadful pain from advanced osteoarthritis of my hip, and my op had been rescheduled 3 times! From the pain point of view, my drugs were adjusted accordingly and I had reviews with the pharmacist every few weeks (or sooner if I needed it), right up until my operation finally went ahead, making me feel that I always had someone to listen to me and try to get my pain under control as much as possible. Post-op, I spoke to the same pharmist (attached to mvp), and had a long chat about how and when to reduce my drugs in a controlled way. I feel the pharmist looked after my pain control every step of the way, and it and it comforting to know I was being looked after so well. Post-op I'm now managing to come down off my meds very well, and I'm so grateful for the support I've been given for the last few months.

We are trying to get a home visit for my 92 yr old mother in law who is very fragile. The receptionist was unhelpful & uncompassionate. The system within Hertfordshire nhs is broken.

Went in for a blood test, nurse was efficient,friendly and put my mind at ease, I'm usually very nervous! All done within 5 minutes too!

The doctor advised me I had a suspected cancer and she would send a 2 week referral at once. She told me it was treatable and was very calm, reassuring and professional

The Dr that I seen was very friendly and polite. She was very thourow on how she dealt with me, since the sergury changed hands it has become much better.

My experience with the Doctor here was first class. I actually had three issues to discuss, and we dealt with all of them with an examination, arranging blood tests. Welcome on arrival though was dreadful. The receptionist just sat looking at her computer and avoiding me. Whilst I’m sure she was busy she simply had to look up and say she would be a few minutes rather than just ignore me. This was my first trip to this surgery and I only wish this doctor was present at my own surgery.

I used the online patient triage system regarding a persistent symptom. Within 15 minutes a receptionist from Manor View Practice called me to politely inform me the Dr would like to see me at 12.15 the same day! The male GP who saw me was impeccably professional, thoughtful, concerned and put my health at the forefront of his decision making. He was very knowledgeable about the symptoms related to perimenopause and he made time to listen and resolve my concerns. An incredibly talented GP! Thank you.
