    Staff were very prompt, friendly and welcoming. I felt well looked after and the service was quick and professional. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

    Been with MVP for more than 2 years now - very happy. The staff is very helpful and facilities are excellent - always get an appointment quickly, if ever I need to book - otherwise always proactive in scheduling tests and vaccinations

    Manorview have an online form for their repeat prescription requests, I normally screenshot the successfully submitted message when I fill in the form for my daughter, however this time I didn't. Which I'm kicking myself for, although it probably wouldn't have helped. I filled out this form 2 and a half weeks before I needed the prescription for my 2 year old daughter, when I didn't hear anything, last week I called the doctors and they said they haven't received the form and to email marking it as urgent so that it could be prioritised the next day. It wasn't, and when I called back (26mins in a queue) they said it takes as long as it takes, as it's with the doctor, and there's nothing they can do. So now my daughter is without her prescription for a couple of days, she's two, and they have no sympathy or urgency. MVP need to take down the form as it does not work, and their staff need to not promise things they can't deliver or be unapologetically unsympathetic.

    I’ve been a patient of Pathfinder practice since it first established and now it has merged with Manor View I am still here! The staff at the surgery from point of contact - the amazing receptionists, nurses and GPs have and do look after you well - they have a friendly and kind approach and always do their very best for the patients. I feel well looked after. Thank you all x

    I am quite savvy with it and use the nhs app to order my meds. I tried to use the Manorview Triage sysyem to book an appointment. I tried both on my phone and my laptop computer. The Data input fields were not working and text size is far too small to read. The page layouts are dire. Gave up and called the surgery instead. Was 14th on the phone which took 50 minutes to get through. Having been involved in softare development it appears that the competence of staff and the service to patients are being let down by a pretty useless it sysyem that fails on so many levels.

    The low reviews are people not knowing how to work the (extremely easy to use) system. Pleasant experience throughout from booking a same day appointment when in need to excellent service from beginning to end. Parking is easy, there is plenty of space in front of the practice and unlimited space right across the road if it's busy. Both the online booking system as well as the check in screen work flawlessly. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant and dealt with my symptoms promptly and expertly. Highly recommend.
