Following a couple of appointments where I felt a little dismissed, probably due to a lack of time to fully explain. I was seen by a nurse who took me seriously and was very understanding, she arranged for me to See another clinician who was nothing short of amazing! She listened, looked back at my history and validated my 2 previous experiences without laying blame to any of her colleagues. I now feel that I can confidently move forward and tackle my health concerns. A massive thank you to both these clinicians

The doctor carefully listened to my concerns and properly explained what needs to be done and what will happen in the future plan.

It was fantastic to be given the opportunity to attend a menopause cafe, it was very relaxed, friendly and informative. Learning about menopausal skincare with the ability to test some products that we could make at home, was a fantastic extra. Great service from everyone involved.

Been for my review in room 8 at Maybush.can’t remember the name of the nurse but she always goes the extra mile and really listens to your problems and endeavours to sort them and usually does . I have had this problem with itching and she fetched a college in to examine me and hopefully now the treatment I have been prescribed will sort it

We saw Dr in room 2 today 14.5.24 was really lovely, we felt comfortable speaking with her and her room was made so lovely too.

The staff at Maybush have been amazing over the past 2 months in helping me post minor surgery and with healing my wound. They have been accomodating, approachable and always friendly. They have taken great care in ensuring a consistently high level of care and made time to ensure they could fit my appointments in. A special thank you to practice nurses for always fitting my appointments in their schedule and really taking excellent care of me. At one point I was visiting every day and their continued professionalism and personable manner made the visits easier. They were also excellent at adapting treatment to ensure consistent healing and progress!

After on going issues with blood pressure it has finally been got on top of. This has involved lots of different medication and doses but finally it has been stabilised and made me feel human again.

I attended the menapause cafe at Maybush and was impressed with the range of information available and the opportunity to find out my options in an informal environment. The presentation was excellent and I was provided with the opportunity to ask questions without feeling self conscious or subject to time constraints. Brilliant
