    The most sincere, friendly staff. Will always answer questions, help. I recommend 100% to choose these GP. A big thank you to all the staff at Medic House and Appledore.

    I recently saw the nurse for a blood test & spoke to both the receptionist and another lady about x-ray results. They were all so very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable and didn't rush me at all. Such a pleasure to have caring staff, so different & so much better than my last GP

    They listened to me and took wot i said into account and told me wot they thought it is plus they fitted me in once they heard wot was wrong without just turning me down with the answer no appointments left will have to ring back tomorrow they actully seem to care about u unlike other doctors

    My 10 to son was really ill and the face to face appointment was for east tilbury , I live in tilbury the drs is in tilbury £30 in a taxi there and back or a very long walk from the train station , I had to go pharmacy to get him help , not happy at all , I will be changing drs as soon as I can

    It is hard to get proper advice regarding health conditions like: * I was advised to take vitamin D and iron tables via text message, no advice regarding constipation what is caused by iron tables. * Another one, neck pain, I needed to force the doctor to refer me to x-ray and I was advised to take Ketanol for the pain everyday. I needed to Google it to find out the medication can be taken only 5 days, no longer. * Iron tables were reduced from 3 times to 1 time a day without any blood test and explanation. * I needed to argue with the doctor regarding my mental health needs. Apparently, I was referred to Grays Hall in August but they did not contact me back then. * medical certificate is created with wrong diagnosis, every time. I like online booking system and ordering a prescription.
