I like the fact I fill in a form online and I always hear promptly from the practice. I had tingling in my hands and numbness for a while. I saw the physio, got some exercises for my neck and it is much better. I have contacted the practice about a few things lately and found them efficient and very helpful.

Helpful, courteous and professional staff. Well maintained and always clean and tidy. Having the pharmacy onsite is very useful.

I was given a blood test appointment within 15 hours of receiving an sms reminding of a telephone consultant call a few days on. No previous indication was provided indicating this test was required. So well done for fitting me in at short notice.

Was seen and had my appointment efficiently and was treated with knowledge and empathy. There may have been some confusion re the Appointment as the only notice i received was by a reminder on the NHS app the day before. I usually get a text from Medwyn advising of appointments Otherwise all good

I was able to easily book my blood test online. The appointment was on time. The nurse was lovely and the test was really quick and painless. A suggestion for doctors appointments, which always seem to be running late, is for someone developing an app that let's you know a countdown of the number of people before you / when the person before you has gone in for their appointment, so that you can wait outside and don't have to spend a long time in the waiting room with people coughing and sneezing.

Telephone appointment with COPD nurse who rang me exactly on time, very attentive and sounded concerned about my condition. suggested both a new medication and a possibly more envimentally friendly alternative to my current inhaler. This was passed to my GP who made the necessary arrangements.
