In such a big surgery the personal touch could be ignored. It’s so nice to have a doctor who actually listens and always does her best for me. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

We have been with Medwyn for 28 years and have always been very grateful for the standard of service provided in terms of accessibility, care, friendliness, helpfulness and the physical environment. This occasion was no different from that just described.

I am always very happy with the care and support and experiences at Medwyn. Many of the staff team have worked at Medwyn for a long time, which is great.

We have never had a problem getting an appointment for either of the children when they are unwell. We always hear back very quickly and get a face to face appointments when needed. It’s comforting to know the doctors will respond promptly.

One reads of problems with other GP practises - but not at Medwyns. Despite all the problems of recent years I have never been let down by anyone at the surgery from the receptionists to every doctor nurse and specialist. Thank you

My appointment at the pain clinic was on time. The care I received was excellent and effective, as always. Communication is always efficient and prompt and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Always very responsive. Where appointments are needed they are always arranged promptly. Telephone consultations always on time. The whole practice works together to provide excellent patient care

My appt was by telephone and the call was received within 30 minutes of the booked time. The doctor was giving me test results and had clearly reviewed my details prior to making the call. The call was entirely satisfactory.
