Easy to get an appt. The email system is great, v quick response and given time with preferred practitioner. I felt listened to and that my concerns were followed up. I’m confident about contacting them in the future and happily recommend them to others

I booked my review on line , date given . Seen on time . However the nurse asked me why I was there and did I have the relevant paper work . Told her no , and to look my history up on screen she duly did . Found her attitude somewhat off putting , Can not fault the booking system

My family has used this practice for 15 years and we can't fault it. Despite all the huge pressures the NHS are under, we receive exceptionally thorough and caring support from doctors and all health care workers here

I received a text informing me of my appointment at The Medwyn Centre at 2:30 on Friday the 20th of January. On arrival I was told that this was not an appointment but a phone call. Driving home I received a phone call from a someone to do with The Medwyn Centre. I couldn’t talk whilst driving so asked them to call back later. They called back after a while but I was travelling (not driving). The phone call was difficult to hear but details of my regular prescriptions were communicated to the caller.

Having moved into the area just over a year ago, this was my first experience of getting doctors appointment. I had a telephone consultation which was all I needed, and the doctor immediately offered treatment which dealt with my symptoms.

My health review was so good. Both the nurse and the student (I was asked if I was happy to have her there, I was totally fine with her!) were friendly, the best blend of professional and chatty, covered everything in detail and managed to take my blood very easily (I have deep veins). Made me feel very comfortable.
