A brilliant practice I’m so many ways. However, on more than 5 occasions in my visits, the waiting room times to see a doctor when you have an appointment are generally 45 minutes to an hour late. You can not however fault the service provided and the speed of response in all of my family interfaces with the surgery are unrivalled.

I'm sorry to hear you have always had to wait so long to be seen. Unfortunately, the ten minutes allotted to each single appointment can only ever be an estimation on our part. Some patients may require barely five minutes while others may need twenty-five minutes or more and this is not something we can foresee in advance. Occasionally the doctor’s surgery may be interrupted by having to deal with an emergency and this can cause long delays. The doctors try hard to address each patient’s needs and this would not always be possible if they stuck rigidly to the ten-minute allocation. We regularly discuss our appointment system with a view to improving patient experience but sadly demand continues to outweigh capacity. Kind regards Nanette Nobes Practice Business Manager

The doctor was very attentive, explained everything very throughly and clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my time with her.

My son was seen in person as the dr thought the photos sent in required an ‘in person’ visit. The apt was the same day, at a time we could make, and we were very impressed with how thoroughly she checked him before making a decision on treatment. She also had a great bedside manner with a child.

I had an appointment to see the nurse .then the nurse very kindly made me a docters appointment. The docter was very kind and understanding and could see I was very low and upset .I needed time of work to look after myself .as I'm always putting others first this time I needed to listen and start taking more care of myself as I'm no good to anyone .if I burn myself out .
