My husband and I were invited and took up the invitation to have a Covid booster. The booking procedure was very easy, as was the appointment. Very impressed with the whole service

The online reservation system works well. Rapid response of the right person to deal with problem. Often you do not need to see the Doctor.

Following an online query, I received a call the same day with a comprehensive response and directions to an App with recommended exercises. I am always impressed by the speed with which the staff at Medwyn reply to queries and action matters when necessary.

Appointments usually prompt without delay and very prompt for blood tests. Repeat prescriptions easy to manage with on site pharmacy and texting to advise when ready to collect. Would like more face to face appointment opportunity.

I checked in for my appointment in good time and when the display system got a bug this was "diagnosed" quickly and I was called for my appointment on time.

I had a dressing on my foot changed and a wound checked post operation by one of the nurses. The nurse was very friendly, checked the wound carefully and as all was well, placed a small light replacement on. This was quite a relief for me.

Excellent care, very efficient and friendly too. I was put at ease and able to relax for my blood test. Many thanks for all you do every day! One issue was that there was a long wait to the appointment, there were no free slots for more than two weeks and I was keen to get the information sooner.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the wait time to get an appointment. We do triage all appointment requests to ensure that clinical needs are addressed appropriately and the vast majority of patients are seen within 48hrs. If you want to see a particular GP, can only attend at specific times or require a specialist appointment type then you may have to wait longer for an appointment but we do try to accommodate patient requests where we can.
