I went to the doctors with an on going issue I have had one and off for over 10 years now… the doctor told me it was normal when I actually have pain and puss coming out of my ear…? I left the doctors crying as she was very rude and I felt very let down. I am still having this problem but no help at all was given I was just told “it’s normal” I know it’s not normal this is why I’m very confused and upset with how they treated me. I’m in my mid 20’s and never in my life have I been spoken to the way she spoke to me. Very shocking.

Physio was very helpful and gave advice as to how to continue the treatment. I am doing so and finding it is very helpful.

Have been going through blood tests etc for high cholesterol and blood pressure. Very prompt and efficient service from Doctors, Nurses & Pharmacists

Repeat prescription and antibiotics ready very quickly. Online service was easy to navigate and complete. Due to work, difficult to find time to book and attend face to face appointments. Online system was great (easy to navigate and complete, including uploading pictures) and medication was ready in chosen pharmacy very quickly. Thank you!
