I used the online form to report an ear infection. I submitted the form at 14.15 on the Friday and received a phone call at 2.20 offering me an appointment that same day at 15.00. The person who saw me could not have been more friendly and helpful. Absolutely brilliant service

Medwyn’s are an extremely efficient caring practice and every member of staff have always been very kind, informative and supportive. We feel calm and cared for.

I was pleased to see a Doctor in person. To be able to speak face to face. I do not like to speak to a doctor via face time or phone.

My GP took my concerns about the side effects of my current medication. He listened to my concerns patiently and offered me guidance professionally. His duty of care and candour were exceptional.

I had to have blood tests and an ECG..was easy to get back to back appointments within a week, even though 2 different nurses were required. Tests were done on time, quickly and efficiently by very friendly nurses who were both brilliant at calming my nerves.

I have found Medwyn to be such an efficient, friendly and responsive practice. I live with a long term condition and I have felt really supported and safe. Recently I enquired online about some follow up tests post discharge from hospital - within 24hrs I'd had a response, been able to book an appt and had the tests done. Brilliant. Thanks so much for everything that you do.

I feel very lucky to have had such positive experiences with this practice, I have recently had to call regarding extremely sensitive issues and have had every query met with an understanding that has soothed my worries and anxieties. The Doctors at this practice are extremely gracious and accommodating, I feel blessed to know that I am in such good hands if ever I need assistance regarding my health. I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of non-judgemental, genuinely caring communication. The outcome following my recent visit has resulted in a quicker diagnosis and the confidence that I needed.
