  1. Review titled Great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Clare Corke - Posted on 07 January 2025

Would like to say how great my first experience with Memorial Medical Centre was today. There was a small que when I arrived which went down very quickly due to the 2 ladies on reception desk. I was directed to the waiting room, there was quite a lot of us in there but we all had a seats. My name was called very quickly so right on time for my appointment time. I saw Dr E (lady Dr the review won’t let me write her name) and wow she is just so lovely, I was having my coil removed so as you can imagine I was alittle anxious before going in to the room but after meeting her she made me feel so comfortable. Great experience Thank you

  2. Review titled Fantastic and warming

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Malcolm Downes - Posted on 07 January 2025

Not only is the doctor I saw a warm kind person, she is clearly exceptionally good at her trade. I visited her twice, was at quite a low ebb and was welcomed with empathy and an unhurried consultation.I visit the surgery as least as possible, but by far this was the best outcome for me . Thank you to my doctor and all the desk staff who were equally understanding, friendly and helpful. Thanks again

  5. Review titled Amazing, compassionate and empathetic service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Helen Harizaj - Posted on 08 November 2024

I am not sure if this is the right place to leave this feedback so if not please pass on to the minor injuries team. The nurse practitioner, triage nurse and radiographer that were on duty on the morning of the 08th November were fantastic in the care and compassion they gave to my mum and I. They listened to our journey of events and assisted us in getting my mum the treatment she required after being sent from pilar to post. We cannot thank them enough for the help they provided us and their kind nature. They know who they are 👍. Thank you.

  6. Review titled A very responsive GP

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 28 November 2024

The GP that we saw was wonderful. We had a telephone conversation and then that was followed up with an in person consultation the same day. She was responsive, flexible and caring and really listened to my son. It is a shame that the convoluted booking system does not allow easy booking of appointments with particular GPs. Reception staff were also very friendly and informative.

  7. Review titled Cannot get a GP Appointment since may

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 30 October 2024

I have been trying to get a GP Apointment concerning heath issues/Pains since May, but cannot get any appoinment to see my GP face to face, they keep saying there is no appointments and to keep ringing. I have rang numerous times over the months, sometimes rang upto 40 mins on phone to no avail. They gave me an online form on 24th October but it was useless, it suggested I have to see the Doctor. Today I found the receptionist unhelpful. I feel very stressed out and very depressed because of the experience.

  8. Review titled Appoinments

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 02 October 2024

I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days after being told by the Hospital when I was discharged to see a doctor the next day. I tried to ring the practice at different times but only got a recorded message telling me to keep trying. It took a visit by my grandaughter demanding an appointment that I was given a link to get an appointment . This I did and the appointment should be face to face with a doctor instead I was given a telephone appointment this was no good because a doctor needed to see the reason for my request. I'm still waiting for the doctor to ring.

  9. Review titled Caring nurses.

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 08 October 2024

Over the last 12 months, I have suffered recurring bouts of leg ulcers. Although actually getting an initial appointment to be seen can be very frustrating, once in the system, the standard of care has been exemplary. My problem is persistent, but the nursing staff at the Memorial surgery have done their utmost to manage and resolve the issue for me. I feel grateful for the care I have received.
