Excellent care by the team at The Memorial .I took my Dad there to have 5 staples removed from his head after a fall at Easter. They really look after their patients .They are professional and friendly and I really don't believe my Dad could get any better care. Thank you .

Had an NHS Health Check. Good to feel cared for even when not unwell. The HCA was kind and thorough and gave good advice to ensure I remain fit & healthy.

Seen by an experienced, long-standing doctor who answered all my questions brilliantly. Took up a lot of her time but she didn’t rush me at all. Brilliant lady.

Dr I’ve seen is the best GP I’ve never had. She takes care of her patients in the best possible way. She does her job above and beyond her duties. Doctor and her assistant were very friendly and very helpful, thanks to them my treatment wasn’t so stressful.

The wait for the appointment was lengthy buy this is not the fault of the practice. Once with the doctor, she was empathetic, experienced and professional. She listened to my concerns and quickly and efficiently, examined and treated me. An excellent GP with a wonderful bedside manner. I have no hesitation in recommending the practice or the Doctor herself.

I had a Gynecology problem got to see Doctor same day and issue diagnosed and treated immediately would definitely request this Doctor again

The doctor I saw, was patient, understanding and listened to me. I would highly recommend her. But don't want everyone to go and see her then I won't be able to get an appointment with her again.

Always able to get an appointment on the day if needed, the GPs, nurses, ACPs, HCAs and the pharmacist are helpful, professional and kind. The multi-disciplinary team means we always see the most appropriate practitioner. The online services are brilliant and much easier than sitting in a telephone queue. When you do need to ring or speak to the patient coordinators in person they are so kind and helpful and really great at solving any queries quickly. The GP we saw today was absolutely amazing, they were reassuring and kind. I always feel I’m able to ask any questions and that I’m treated with dignity and respect.

The Doctor I visited today is the best doctor I have visited since I can remember. She listened, understood and did not rush me. If only more doctors were like this doctor. A credit to the practice. Shame I am Not allowed to name her.
