    I visited the surgery as I had been poorly for a few days. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and explained what I needed to do. I filled out a consultation form and I was called within 1/2 hour to see one of the drs at whiteley surgery. The dr was very professional and reassuring and listened to all my symptoms. I didn’t feel rushed and he explained my next steps very clearly which was amazing. Thank you and keep up the good work !

    I think we can all agree that the appointments procedure could definitely be improved. I called for an appointment and was given a routine appointment a week after my call, I was seen at the jubilee by a lady Dr apparently normally based at whitley ican honestly say she was the kindest and understanding Dr I have come across in a while, having been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022 I had some issues which concernd me, she was extremely reassuring and took my concerns seriously and listened to me with a sympathetic ear whilst putting my mind to rest she ordered some tests to be on the safe side, thankfully they were all OK. So my experience was very positive but the appointment system really needs some adjustments

    This morning I went to Jubilee Surgery in Titchfield, for my vaccinations. I was very apprehensive and a little scared to be honest. However, the kind and friendly lady who checked me in not only reassurred me but she really made me laugh, which relaxed me and took my mind off what was to come. The system was great and the vaccinations were both painless and administered with compassion and big smiles. Thank you to all involved, you are all amazing.

    I visited the surgery for my 3 yearly smear. On arrival I also took my blood pressure which was very high. Although my appointment was for a smear the nurse advised me with great kindness as to what to do and what the resolution options were. Then my smear was completed in the most respectful way, professional and painless. A wonderful nurse who made both situations far less stressful. I hope she knows how much of a difference she makes to us patients. Thank you

    I had a strange lesion appear on my right breast. In October,I needed to make an appointment. I started with phone calls to the surgery and then 111 -and also tried to access a time-limited computer system -and then later more phone calls. There was then a text message with a request -in order to be triaged - for a photo of the area ( which the link said should not be sent! Since it was an Intimate area! ) -before an unsatisfactory photo diagnosis at the end of the second day. The following day, at the local pharmacy to collect the prescribed cream, , they advised I should be seen Face to face. On the strength of that advice, the surgery then allowed me a piece of paper to start the triaging and later that day I saw a very pleasant health professional at a different surgery who prescribed me a 7 day course of penicillin and covered the wound. Unfortunately it did not work completely and a couple of weeks later another lesion looked as if it was appearing on my left breast. (I feared having to go back through the difficulties of making an appointment again but I knew I had to!) 48 hours later, I managed to see a GP at a different surgery again. She was excellent. She examined me, referred me via the 2WW to a breast clinic, prescribed more anti- biotics and advised me to make a nurse appointment to dress the wound. I then had excellent care over the next 2.5 weeks with 3 different nurses at the same surgery ( not my local one) who dressed the wounds carefully each time. I also had a mammogram and a scan at the hospital, a third course of penicillin and got the all clear from the busy consultant. All in all I would say that once I had managed to get through the huge barriers of making an appointment to see a medical person, they were all brilliant. I hadn't had a GP appointment for 5 years so the barriers to access were upsetting. It seemed to me that the complicated systems brought in to deal with Covid 4 years ago, seem to have lingered in a very unhelpful way. I hope this review is helpful.

    Had a urine infection very painful and the receptionist was very helpful and the doctor gave me a prescription for antibiotics which I picked up from the pharmacy well pleased with the surgery.

    Have seen a few drs here and they have been amazing can't fault but the recent Dr I spoke to just did not care. Was more interested in getting me off the phone. I had an allergic reaction where my throat closed and had to sort myself but the care from this doctor was more about getting me off the phone then being caring with regards to what may have caused it put an appointment through to a clinic for testing for mid next year after a long conversation about what time I ate ??? The timing shouldn't matter finding out what causes my reaction should of been the priority not what I had for breakfast even after I stated what time I ate. This should of gone through as an urgent request to find out what I am allergic to not waiting 5 months just to get an appointment. I have a little girl just a year old and if im on my own with her and eat what ever made my throat close as I'm not sure what it was how can I look after my daughter and try to organise myself whilst trying not to Cark it in the middle of the kitchen infront of her... Not sure of the Dr's name but definitely needs to do more training with patient care and listen to her patients more so they can get the help they need before its too late ..

    I had an unexpected call from the doctor which was in relationship to the patients meeting the previous day. I requested a blood test in a note at the meeting. Cutting to the chase, I was booked in for a blood test to check my prostate.

    Couldn't get to speak to anyone on the phone so eventually went to the practise at 8am to fill out a triage form. Had a phone call back within half hour, appointment at different surgery for an hour later. Fantastic, understanding doctor. Urine sample and swab sent off. Over due coil removal, sorted. Doctor text me my results 7 days later. Antibiotics prescription sorted same day. Difficult to get an appointment but brilliant once there. Thank you.

    I am overall still struggling with appointments and the new Online app does not let you know when you actually do get an appointment either ! ... But on a positive note thanks to the lovely receptionists I have had help from over the last few months they keep the wheels turning for the surgery for sure..... in particular the last few weeks from Christine who genuinely cares for patients and goes above and beyond to help with all of these issues. She is credit to your company for sure and has calmed me down with a few frustrating situations that I have had ... Thanks again Christine.
