    Lengthy time on phone getting through but dealt with very professionally by person taking details. Did not hear from the surgery for a few days so called in to check progress appointment request. Told GP would be in touch. Saw GP a few days later: consultation friendly and professional.

    The dr saw me the same day I requested an appointment. He referred me to the hospital and I was seen there 10 days later and after tests was told I had cancer.

    Experienced problems after having ears syringed by private practice. Experienced hearing loss after and had to refer myself to GP. Had appointment later that day and was seen by GP at sister practice. No delay or hesitation in being seen and being prescribed steroid nasal spray. Job done. Thankyou

    Consultation was diligent. Doctor diagnosed the problem quickly and prescribed the course of antibiotics for 7 days which resolved the issue. Doctor was very confident of the issue and treatment. Very happy from this first Consultation in this surgery.

    I haven’t had the consultation yet after supplying blood pressure figures and had blood and urine samples taken. The question is, so why am I being asked for a review of the consultation now before I have had the consultation. This is typical of the administrative attention to detail that this practice provides.

    My wife had her annual dementia review. It was with one of the senior partners and he gave us all the time in the world. He was so kind and compassionate. It was great to have that much time with the doctor. He went through some prescriptive questions, but we also had plenty of opportunity to ask questions ourselves.     The service we received at the surgery was exemplary. The practitioner we saw initially was friendly and sought assistance from a GP when they needed a second opinion. The GP arrived really quickly and was great with my daughter who was quite nervous. My only criticism of the practice is trying to get an appointment. Having to remember to be online at 8 am to book one is frustrating. It’s either that or you’re number 18 in a queue on the phone.

    Surgery pharmacy have changed medication a couple of times to improve my BP. Consultation was to discuss BP after change in medication. Results have shown BP has risen rather than decrease. I have not seen my GP for around 4 years to discuss my medication. Pharmacist recommended continuing with changed medications.

    I was seen by a splendid GP who correctly diagnosed my problem prescribed medicine and arranged for a liver and kidney scan at Fareham Community Hospital and a heart scan at QA followed by a meeting with the QA heart consultant last Saturday. I am amazed how affective and speedy this process has been and am very grateful for this great improvement in my life thanks to the NHS.
