From the very first request for an appointment by telephone through to the actual appointment, each person was very helpful and caring towards my situation with a persistent and most painful ear infection. I was seen by a doctor at 11am on a Saturday morning.

I saw a lovely doctor today, who is always extremely caring, friendly and kind. She makes you feel totally at ease and doesn’t rush you. It’s a shame you can’t name names, but her and a couple of other doctors at Merepark that I have seen over the years have all been brilliant, thorough and professional.

Recently moved from Somerset and only been using the practice for the last 18 months. Once our medical records were transferred over we found the practice staff very friendly helpful and professional! We realise that they are extremely busy and under pressure and at the end of the day they are only human as are we ! They have always been thorough and caring to all of my family and unfortunately as we are getting older we do find we need their help more often ! I recently had a cyst removed from my shoulder at their minor surgery clinic and it was done quickly , pain free and professionally by two lovely staff who made me feel at ease and explained everything before and as the procedure was being done! Thank you to all the staff at Mere Park you do a brilliant job under sometimes extraordinary and difficult times! Make sure you take care of yourselves too!

Managed to get an on the day appointment. The practitioner I saw was very professional and discussed potential problems and a course of action should the symptoms remain past the end of medication.

All the staff are very helpful and good at prioritising need. Despite being a busy practice you are treated as an individual by everyone. Residents are extremely fortunate to have such an excellent practice.

Visited the covid booster clinic today, it was really quick and easy. Staff were both really friendly, they also helped me with an inhaler question while I was there.
