    I visited an Emergency appointment today with a Senior Nurse Practioner and she was fantastic. Talked me through everything, put my mind at ease and diagnosed the problem straight away. What I also found lovely is that we had a 'chat'. No rushing, nothing just a lovely GP experience. It's nice to be nice - thank you.

    Was seen the same day for myself and my son I felt well looked after and the practioner was experienced and caring

    Able to figure out a problem I’ve had for weeks in mere minutes. It’s such a relief. The new nurse practitioner is lovely and calming and does her so job well. I’m very appreciative.

    I had an urgent appointment for my 1 year old. The new nurse practitioner was brilliant! So helpful and informative and set my mind at rest.

    In the news you hear a lot about health practices not having enough appointments for people or wanting face to face. Mile Lane is the opposite. Whenever I have needed an emergency appointment they have done their upmost to fit me in which was the case when I got a call back today. I wasn't rushed, was met with friendly faces and left feeling much better about my situation and that my health issue was going to be resolved.

    Saw the new nurse-practicioner on her first day. My 90 year-old mother had an ear infection/inflammation which was painful and kept her awake at night. She was seen immediately without an appointment and a steroid spray was prescribed.
