Hi i've been so grateful for the support i've received over the past few weeks. With a flare up of my long term condition, plus other things going on it's easy to get confused and I did. Totally didn't realise that the blood tests run the other week weren't routine thyroid review then requested meds and was advised by the doctor that i still need to do another blood test! I didn't feel scolded or rebuked, just guided. Picked up the form today -asked the receptionist some questions which she happily answered and went away feeling better about myself instead of telling myself off for making an error. I've only been with the practice since April and everyone shows the best qualities of the NHS spirit, kindness, patience, willingness to explain quite complex things to make them understandable, availability to help not evasion or obstruction. Having come here from a busy city practice it feels so lovely to have a community medical centre that is welcoming and kind. All the staff i've met so far have been great so thank you all.

Of course you can have my name to look into this for me . I am an NHS patient but on this one occasion due to various reasons I felt I no choice but to go private

I had a Covid and flu jab and I literally didn’t take more than five minutes and I was very impressed. Thank you.

I arrived for my smear test today and waited 40minutes in reception to be called in! This is my first experience as a new patient at the surgery and was not a good one!

I am sorry to hear that you had to wait for your appointment. We try hard to keep to time but sometimes our nurses are called to assist with medically urgent matters and this can mean their clinics run late. I hope that you have more positive experiences in the future. Kind regards MOMC

I received a reply to my e-consult enquiry within 24 hours, giving clear advice. I found this experience to be a highly efficient way of obtaining information needed without having to wait to speak to anyone at the practice.

Efficient, friendly and helpful. Very quick in Covid and Flu injections. Kind and caring staff. Willing to discuss issues and very approachable. Excellent in expediting investigations.

Receptionist friendly and helpful, the doctor who gave our injections was very helpful and skilled, never felt the injections being administered.

Thank you to the practice for agreeing to change my private prescription to an NHS one . But in spite of coming in to the practice roughly every 3 days it took me almost a month to actually get it even though I said I had almost run out . In fact I did run out !!

I am sorry that you had to wait for your private prescription to be switched to a NHS one. We are a NHS service and therefore NHS work does tend to take priority. Without knowing who you are it is difficult to comment more specifically. Kind regards MOMC
