My husband and I booked our appointments on the Friday and we had our flu jabs on the Saturday. It was easy to book face to face at the Mile Oak medical centre and it was all on time and very well organised.

Got to practice a little early for my appointment thinking I would have to wait but was aloud to go straight in for which I was thankful

My 93 year old dad had his annual review recently. The wait time was short. The nurse he saw was professional, reassuring and kind and his experience was good.

All morning slots gone and now even the e consult says full for the day. It's only 09:30. They cannot care for the number of patients on their books

At the moment I am dialing the surgery (10/08/2923; 3:50 pm) which is my forth attempt to get through to the surgery. So far I have been held on the phone 19 minutes - I was number 3 at the beginning - the other 3 times I was kept waiting over 20 minutes till I gave up. I am trying to change an appointment you have sent to me, but do not seem to get through.

Dear Heide, I am sorry that you have been struggling to get through to the surgery. Our phone lines are very busy and our receptionists work very hard to answer calls as efficiently as possible. At times, staff shortages may mean waiting times are longer. It is possible to contact the surgery through econsult via our webiste. We review our systems regularly and do value any feedback. Due to a shortage of the drug Tostran I have been given Testogel instead. I find Testogel much easier to use and use less of It . I have spoken to the practice pharmacist about having Testogel as my usual medication. However I still get Tostran which as you know Is causing problem at the moment. Again could I ask for this medication to be reviewed again

I would like to a thank the Dr and receptionist who dealt with my problem of having gout and being away from home, looking after my elderly father with the quick response of sorting my medication by sending it to his local pharmacy. Thank you so much.

Yesterday after nocking a scab of off my not so private part these days I went to the surgery to see if I could see a doctor to stop the profuse bleeding, I was seen within 10 minutes by lovely strawberry blonde doctor and she sort of quarterised the wound, perfect job done thanks so much Doctor sorry didn't get your name no bleeding today thank

I have just watched a video on how the coil is inserted and in the comments alot of women where saying about horrible experiences, so I just wanted to say thank you to the nurses that fitted my they where so kind and reassuring and made me feel comfortable with such a private area that could make any women feel uncomfortable to have that done. Also it made me think, and every time I've been for me or my daughter we have always been delt with with care and consideration and ways mad me feel comfortable and happy. So thank you. Xx
