I changed Drs a few months ago and this is the first time I have had to get an appointment. I uploaded some photos on line and I received a phone call a few hours later offering me an appointment that morning. The Dr that I saw was very nice and provided me with an urgent referral. The receptionist did an amazing job too. I’m so pleased I changed my Drs if this is the excellent services I am going to continue to receive.

I was asked in for face to face appointment with a practice paramedic. I was given an examination and advice given.

My medication was increased as agreed which was great, but an appointment for my bloods which was booked wasn't down on the system. This has happened on 3 occasions now. Not happy in the slightest about this.

the doctor was really nice and helpful with my problem but the receptionist was so rude to me that i was already annoyed by the time i got to my appointment. i wanted an emergency appointment but i was unwell and needed to organise a lift and i couldnt possibly get there in 30 min like she wanted and i said i need a little more time than that to get a lift there as i am actually homeless right now in temporary accomodation and the receptionist said yes well its an emergency appointment so you dont get a choice but the way she said it and when i finally got an appointment i even said thankyou and she just said right and hung up, never known a receptionist to be so rude, my current situation isnt great just a little compassion would be nice. however the doctor was helpful and polite and respectful which is more than i can say for the receptionist who really lets the practice down to be honest.

Was given an appointment in a couple of hours and seen promptly. All concern's taken seriously and talked through what they were doing and why. All done with a smile from receptionist through to nurse and GP. A very pleasant experience as nothing too much trouble.

I sent in my medical issue and I got appointment within few hours and have properly examined with medication given. And given instructions to follow the next step.

Saw a nurse practitioner. She was incredibly nice, very thorough, asked lots of questions & sorted xrays & Meds for me.

I visited the practice for some tests - The friendly and supportive doctor and staff that helped me during my appointment made for a stress free experience.
