I left a message on the online service to see a GP regarding a medical problem that I was experiencing. Before the end of the morning a member of staff from the practice rang me to arrange a drs appointment later the same day. I saw a nurse practioner who was very thorough and explained everything. I left the surgery feeling very satisfied with the service and with a date for blood tests.

The Practice nurses at Millgate are fantastic. I was nervous about my appointment and the Practice nurse was very compassionate. They asked me if I had any concerns and made the whole experience really comfortable

After requesting a telephone consultation via the NHS app, I was quickly contacted (within a few hours) and given a same day appointment. It was rather unexpected, but appreciated. The doctor that saw me was excellent, taking blood tests and scheduling me for some extra, to help rule out some possibilities.

The paramedic I was seen by was very good he gave me a good examination if he was unsure about my condition he went and took further steps from his supervisor

I sent a request to see a doctor at 8.45am & by 9.05 I had received an appointment for 1pm that day. Excellent service & the doctor I saw was extremely pleasant & very thorough. This is not the first time I have received such a quick response & I for one would recommend this surgery & all the staff.

Sent a request at 8am, had a call back at 8.10, and an appointment at 11am. Staff and GP's are helpful and friendly and don't rush your appointment. Highly recommend

Made an online request for an appointment at 8:10am and got a call back from the receptionist at 8:30am to ask if I was available for an appointment on that same morning. Went to the appointment at Ann St. Appointment was very thorough. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I submitted a non urgent online request to see a GP with a minor problem, I was called the same morning to say an appointment was available a couple of days later, I arrived at the surgery and the appointment was spot in time, no waiting at all, I was seen by a locum doctor who was very friendly and listened to my concerns, after an examination of the problem, she prescribed medication and booked a follow up appointment within a couple of weeks, whole experience from start to finish was exceptionally good from the booking procedure to the visit to see the doctor, thank you to all concerned.
