    It would be helpful if there was an online facility to leave messages for doctors even when appointments have been filled. It's very frustrating having to wait until the next day. The Brooke Surgery in Hyde has an excellent online service.

    Millgate , exceptional practice. Online triage form filled in & always contacted by them on same day. Sometimes same day appt. Cannot fault this side of the practice. Was told urgent referral be made at breast clinic. Was sent a 'serious' sounding text hours after appt to let me know referral been made, this was followed by a letter following Morning with a ref no & code to give hosp next day when I was advised to ring them. What I thought was a very quick process was shattered when the 'booking office advisor' I spoke to, told me to ignore the generic letter & the hosp would contact me within two weeks. So, just to say, whilst I cannot fault the practice, the hosp appt process is useless & a waste of resources. I write this whilst awaiting my appt. Having noted follow up process , Millgate is still the best practice in Denton.

    I was concerned about something, managed to get an appointment the same day, saw the doctor at the time given and after a consultation with the doctor who put me at ease I felt do much better.

    I received a text requesting I have a blood test due to the medication I am on. A week and a half later I received another message asking me to have another blood test in 6 weeks time with no explanation what so ever. I felt the need to ring up to find out what what was going on, to be told by the respectionist that my kidneys were functioning at below optimal efficiency. Not the best way to find out!

    I was greeted by a lovely nurse with great communication skills and a happy persona. She explained everything to me and was very friendly and pleasant. I only waited a few minutes until I got called into my appointment. This makes me feel the surgery has improved a lot with waiting times and how patients are treated which makes the experience of going to the surgery much better.

    Contacted the surgery due to a high blood pressure reading over a couple of days as I was concerned. The only advice I was given was wait for my appointment next week that is for a very minor unrelated issue or if I feel unwell go to the nearest A & E. Hypertension the silent killer they say. Only wanted to speak to a Doctor but it appears with this surgery you either have to die or go and wait at A & E for 6 hrs. No care and no interest. Feel let down again.

    Everytime I book an appointment for my 89 year old father he is seen almost immediately, he is treated with care and with plenty of attention, I’ve nothing but praise for the support they all give

    After having a recent health issue contact was made with the practice via the online appointment form system which I find very easy to use and a very efficient way of making contact with you, and contact with me was very fast indeed, via a text message, which in it's self great service. The time spent with Practice Nurse and GP was excellent in that the relevant tests and care were put in place. This practice provided me with the attention that was very quick, professional, efficient and caring. This is always the case with the practice, so well done to all the staff of the Millgate Partnership. First class care and service.
