Sent in a medical request quite early in the meantime ring. Call received inviting me to get examined only an hour later with an appointment and hour after that. Doctor v good, explained etc the new medication after examination

No problems at all. I was seen on my appointment time, and the receptionist and the nurse that I saw were both very good. I would highly recommend this practice

I had to have a cardio accessment on Friday with a lovley nurse, I was not sure what it entailed but she explained everything to me and put me at ease the appointment went very well

I had never met this GP before. He listened to me and understood my complaints. He talked me through my options and made me feel like he cared about my health. Everything was acted on fast and he managed to get the ball rolling to get the answers I was looking for. No complaints, at all.

Unfortunately the GP I saw did not send prescription to the pharmacy not only did I have two trips the pharmacy but I had to call at surgery twice to get it sent

Phoned up to request appointment with health care professional as all appointments were taken receptionist sent me a link for on line triage form for first thing following morning received a prompt phone call with appointment for that morning great service thank you.

Appointment made in April - got put on the list for well women clinic and seen in June. That is a negative. No complaints when I saw the lovely nurse who really made me feel better and explained everything so well

normally when I call at 8am I get fobbed off online or for anything I want the answer is ( got to the walk in and sit there 8 hours ) but this time I got a answer right a way a call back a hour later with a same day appointment

Text at 8am and had an appointment, same day at 11.30. Was seen by the doctor who forwarded my percription direct to the Chemist. Picked it up straight away.

Practice is great once you go but getting an appointment is sometimes difficult but I'm sure that's a problem at most practices 🤔 otherwise the doctors are good and when I last had my bloods done 06-2024 the nurse was excellent
