I have recently had a blood test that was mildly abnormal. I had a prompt phone call from a GP about the results and brief consultation. Further tests were organised by the practice and on a Saturday morning I received a message from the same GP that one of the tests that I was concerned about was reassuringly normal and the message finished “enjoy your weekend”. I certainly will thanks! Every interaction that I’ve had with Millway from the receptionists to the nurses and GPs has been first class and I feel so grateful for their care.

I sent a referral request through e-consult for an urgent referral to an orthopaedic surgeon 6 weeks ago. I heard nothing, when I went to the surgery this week I was told that nothing was done. The practice manager was supposed to call me to assist but also hasn’t. Still haven’t been referred to the orthopaedic surgeon.

Last week the flu and covid vaccination clinic was very well organised, the HSAs need to practice with dummies as they stabbed rather than pricked

I took my 89 year old mother who is hard of hearing and has Dementia and Alzheimer's, for a blood test and diabetes review with M. M was kind, patient, caring and gentle with my mother who was sometimes confused and agitated. M made her feel at ease and reassured her along the way. She is a credit to your practice.

This is not the first time to have my repeat prescription rejected for no good reason I requested a repeat prescription 3 days ago to find it rejected today despite the fact that I had run out of the 4 week supply I had before When I checked with reception staff this morning I was told ( May be because your requested the prescription earlier than my due date which is completely wrong). What annoyed me is the behavior of the reception staff who was denying the fact that it was rejected . I don’t know why she was denying it despite having it clearly shown on the app and I am sure it was shown on her screen I had my repeat prescription rejected before for unknown reasons which is very annoying I thin the practice needs to address this issue and makes sure it does not happen again. I recently had an appointment on Wednesday, 6th of March, 2024, at 9:30 am with a lady doctor at the surgery, and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the moment the consultation began, I felt rushed, with a clear indication that there was limited time due to a busy schedule. The interaction lasted less than five minutes, during which some creams were recommended for my condition. However, when I sought further clarification on how to use them, I was promised a follow-up text with instructions that never arrived. This was a stark contrast to the care and attention I've received from other doctors at the same surgery, which has always been very helpful and supportive. While I understand the pressures that healthcare professionals face, the lack of communication and the hurried nature of the consultation left me feeling disappointed. Therefore, based on this specific experience, I find it difficult to recommend this particular service.

Have been trying for over a month to try and get in contact with any member of staff, I’ve spent full days of my life repeatedly ringing but not able to get through. Would not recommend.
